Soprano | Teaching Artist
Artist Wellness
My interest in artist wellness grows from my experience as a soprano and an educator. Alongside this work, I am training in clinical mental health counseling and exploring how an understanding of mental health can inform artistic development and education.
I am particularly interested in the relationship between artistic achievement and personal well-being. My work addresses how artists respond to pressure, maintain a sense of identity, and build creative lives that they can sustain.
Areas of Interest
• Performance anxiety and preparation
• Perfectionism and self-criticism
• Identity beyond auditions and achievement
• Burnout and sustainable artistic practice
• Well-being in the voice studio
I welcome conversations with universities, music programs, and arts organizations interested in educational collaborations around artist well-being.
